English Thyme


A perennial herb that we cook with all the thyme (HA). Great fresh or dried, we love it in our eggs and on roasted meats and vegetables. While it is a perennial, if you want it to come back year after year we recommend keeping it in a pot or a planter that can be brought inside to a dry, cool place over the winter. When in your garage, shed, or storage space water very sparingly maybe once a month until spring time when it comes out of hibernation.
