An annual herb, everyone loves a bit of Parsley. This delicious herb is wonderful in sauces, soups, and salads and loves well draining, slightly acidic rich soil. In several ways it’s perfect for Southeast Alaska, with our acidic peaty soil, but make sure to amend whatever you’re planting it in with sand or other well-draining substrate.
