Seen all over the fields of Provence in southern France and across the Mediterranean. For Southeast Alaska, unfortunately, this perennial is only an annual as its favorite environment is dry and hot. We recommend for us in the panhandle, either planting in a large pot, a planter box, or a hanging basket to help with controlling the amount of liquid it gets. What I can tell you is that these all-star flowers can be cut and dried, hung in your home or tossed in some DIY potpourris.
