Rosemary is a favorite of ours in our household, we put it on or in just about everything. Every year we order a tremendous amount of Rosemary and it always sells quickly. In most places this robust shrub is a perennial but in Southeast it’s unlikely you’ll be able to bring it back year after year, but for the ambitious herb lover here’s what we recommend: plant your rosemary in sandy, well draining soil in a pot or planter and keep in the sunniest place you can. Once fall arrives harvest all the leaves it has left for drying and enjoy your homegrown rosemary through the winter.
